What should I do if my video download fails before it is complete?

Describe what happened and include a phone number where Richard can reach you. Richard will remain on the call and work with you for the duration of the download to resolve the problem and make sure you receive your complete purchased video.
Why does a DVD or Blu-ray cost more than a download?
Creating a physical disc like a DVD or Blu-ray requires one or two extra work days to complete. In a disc authoring software program a menu is created for navigation through chapters in the final product. Depending on the length of the video, approximately 5 to 10 hours of computer time are required for the master file to be compiled. Disc labels including artwork need to be created and printed onto the media. Delivering the disc requires packaging and postage. As a result, the cost of the process is higher than that for a simple download.
